To meet the growing needs of our customers, we are now looking for several new employees with an interest in industrialization, quality, production technology, and project management for Combitech's unit Industrialisation & Supply Chain Management in Linköping. Our industrial customers in the region are facing exciting opportunities with growth in existing production and the introduction of new products, factories, and manufacturing methods. At the same time, digital transformations and the implementation of new system tools or model-based working methods are being carried out. You will contribute long-term sustainable solutions and good relationships with our customers. The assignments are relatively long so that you have time to familiarize yourself with the conditions and provide lasting value with respect for the customer's operations. You will have great trust to act independently as a consultant on-site in our customers' operations and processes, supported by your closest colleagues and your network of Combitech experts in various areas such as Model Based Definition, Additive Manufacturing, Smart Industry, strategic purchasing, design, innovation management, and much more.

The Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to specialize in your area of interest in various consulting assignments or over time vary between roles in, for example:

• Project and production quality, improvement work, and business development
• Production technical preparation, requirement review, and manufacturability analysis
• Project management or team leadership in industrialization, improvement, or transfer projects, etc.
• Development and implementation of working methods for e.g. MBD, PLM, or 3D printing technology

We are looking for someone who

• has an engineering degree in a relevant field
• is collaborative, communicative, and curious, and is motivated by gaining trust and responsibility
• has industrial experience, preferably from manufacturing complex products, and an interest in contributing to efficient and sustainable production
• has good language skills and masters both Swedish and English excellently in both speech and writing
• has previous experience and is comfortable with familiarizing yourself with new systems, e.g. for product and requirement data, business systems, or planning tools

As the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and be approved in a security screening with a background check.
